房間很乾淨,但沒有冷氣,還滿訝異的,也許房間通風很好吧,但不確定大熱天大家能不能忍受？:距離曼哈頓非常遙遠,要轉幾班地鐵及公車才能到達,也許國外來的遊客從JFK機場到民宿很快速,但如果是美國其他州飛到紐約玩,會在LGA機場落地,因此沒有距離機場很近的優點.
要到民宿必須搭公車,公車上99％都是黑人,下車也許會遇到街上有人在吵架,務必小心自身安全,不建議女生自行前往.
